I am an independent family/ matrimonial law practitioner holding my Chamber at Malad, Mumbai, India. While dealing with various family matters before the court, over the span of 10 years I have witnessed different complexities that are involved in a family dispute and through the years have succeeded in handling some very sensitive situations.
Being true to my Professional ethics and working with an in depth understanding of the subject of my practice, I have gathered good understanding of human psychology and have embedded excellent skills for settling disputes in an amicable manner. The course of experience and expertise have driven me to strive hard to protect the best interest of my clients while I have also tried level best to ensure fairness for all parties concerned.
I have garnered knowledge and utilized my academic and overall skills in variety of matrimonial cases and suits Inclusive of Divorce, Restitution of conjugal rights, Custody, Visitation/ Access of minor children, Maintenance, Child support issues, Domestic Violence and have encouraged my clients to resolve it in an amicable manner by roping in Mediation, amicable settlement, mutual consent divorces even in the most heavily contested divorces, maintenance, custody and various such cases. Coming from the Chambers of reputed law practitioner Adv. Mrunalini Deshmukh (also known as The Celebrity Lawyer), I have gained a vast and extensive experience with high end names, while working as her protégé from 2011 till 2016.
